Thank you so much a looking at my sponsorship page, as you can see, I have signed up to Colour me Purple because my sponsorship will help them continue to provide support for hospice patients and their families across our local community.
I am hoping to reach and even exceed my fundraising target, so any help you give me by sponsoring me will be gratefully received.

£10 Could help fund a counselling session for a patient or their loved one, supporting them through a challenging time
£25 Could help fund an hour of care delivered by one of the hospice specialist palliative care nurses
£50 Could help fund a counselling session for a patient or their loved one, supporting them through a challenging time
£75 Could help fund a home visit with a specialist nurse, physiotherapist or paramedic
£100 Could help fund a lockbox to keep a syringe driver safe and secure when it is being used by a patient
